"The Building Maintenance
Department is primarily responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the
Courthouse, Security Building, Human Resource Center, Library, Transit
Facility. The Department assists with a wide variety of safety related
programs, works with outside contractors; develops and maintains ongoing and
long-term facilities maintenance activities; and helps provide for a clean
work site for County workers and tax payers."
