Minnesota COVID-19 Vaccine Connector

The State of Minnesota Department of Health has launched a new COVID-19 Vaccine Connector tool to assist Minnesotans with signing up for vaccine opportunities regardless of current eligibility status. By using this tool, Minnesotans will be notified when they are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine and assist with connecting them with resources and vaccination opportunities in their areas.
